Fifth largest shopping centre in Finland
Kauppakeskus Hansa Ky, founded in December 2015, owns the majority of the properties at Shopping Centre Hansa located in the heart of Turku. The limited partnership company is owned by Veritas Pension Insurance, the Åbo Akademi University Foundation and Elo Mutual Pension Insurance Company. The current market value of the properties is approximately 180 million euros.
In 2022, the total sales of Hansa amounted to some 223,3 million euros, making it the seventh largest shopping centre in Finland. The number of visitors in that period was 10 million. Hansa houses more than 140 companies and 39,000 m² of leasable area.
Kauppakeskus Hansa Ky is not looking for other investment opportunities outside Shopping Centre Hansa.
