Exilion Asemahotellit Ky is a limited partnership company founded in 2017. Its investments consist mainly of large hotel properties located in central locations and transportation hubs. The company is continuously looking for new investment opportunities.
Exilion Asemahotellit Ky is constructing a 500-room hotel at the Helsinki Central Railway Station in the former head office of the Finnish railway company VR, and a 430-room hotel in Pasila, Helsinki, as a part of the Tripla project. The limited partnership company is owned by Elo Mutual Pension Insurance Company, the State Pension Fund and Veritas Pension Insurance.
The ongoing developments cover more than 900 rooms and approximately 45,000 m² in area. The value of the projects totals approximately 225 million euros.
The Tripla hotel development is pursuing LEED Platinum-level certification. The application will be filed during construction. The hotel in the former head office of the Finnish railway company VR will apply for the gold-level LEED Hospitality v4 certification.

Exilion is developing a hotel in the Helsinki Central Railway Station, which holds exceptional architectural and historic value. The hotel will be situated in the former head office of the Finnish railway company VR, built largely in 1909. The hotel will be operated by Scandic Hotels Oy and is estimated to be completed in 2020.
Hotel property developed in the heart of Pasila, in the immediate vicinity of the Mall of Tripla and the train station. The City of Helsinki is establishing Pasila as its second centre.
